The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs plus a den with convertible sofa with 2 baths upstairs, and also has 2 bedrooms and one bath downstairs. The house has central A/C and is comfortably furnished with genuine Persian carpets in every room, and includes all kitchen implements and linens, 2 gas barbeques outside, large decks to enjoy the spectacular view, and hot tub and many other amenities. The house may be rented by the week during the sailing season and may be rented upstairs only or the whole house.
